RENEWAL OF JOINT CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the joint cautionary announcements dated 08 December 2010, 21
January and 4 March 2011, Sun International and GPI shareholders are
advised that negotiations are still in progress regarding the possible
rearrangement of Sun International and GPI`s common interests in certain
Sun International subsidiaries ("the proposed restructure").
Should agreement be reached on the terms of the proposed restructure there
may be an impact on the price at which Sun International and GPI shares
trade on the JSE Limited.
Accordingly, Sun International and GPI shareholders are advised to continue
exercising caution when dealing in Sun International and GPI securities
until a further announcement is made in this regard.
