RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcements dated 8 December 2010, 21 January and 4
March 2011, shareholders of RAH are referred to the renewal of the joint
cautionary announcement released by Sun International Limited ("Sun
International") and Grand Parade Investments Limited ("GPI") on the Securities
Exchange News Service on 18 April 2011.
To the extent that discussions regarding the possible rearrangement of Sun
International and GPI`s common interests continue, which may involve RAH, there
may be an impact on the price at which RAH shares trade on the JSE Limited.
Shareholders of RAH are accordingly advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in their RAH shares until a further announcement is made.
