Further to the renewal of cautionary announcement issued on 03 March 2011,
shareholders are advised that the company is still in negotiations, which if
successfully concluded, may have an effect on the price of the company`s
securities.
In addition, the transaction with Stonewall Mining (Proprietary) Limited is
being renegotiated.
Shareholders are accordingly advised to exercise caution when dealing in the
company`s securities until a full announcement has been made.
