Update on Competition Commission Enquiry
Shareholders are advised that WBHO has been co-operating with the Competition
Commission in relation to the Commission`s `Invitation to Firms in the
Construction Industry to Engage in Settlement of Contraventions of the
Competition Act, issued on 1 February 2011.
Pursuant to the invitation, WBHO has submitted extensive documentation and
information to the Commission and will continue to co-operate with the
Commission in this regard.
WBHO is awaiting the Commission`s response to the information and documentation
that has been submitted by WBHO, and will update shareholders in this regard as
soon as WBHO is in a position to indicate any potential liability that may arise
as a consequence of the information provided to the Commission.
