CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of Intertrading is pleased to announce that Mr Gontse S Moseneke has been
appointed as a non-executive director with effect from 19 April 2011.
Gontse Moseneke (30) has wide experience in financial and business management,
as well as in investment banking. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in
Statistics and Actuarial Sciences from the University of Cape Town, and a
Diploma in Actuarial Techniques from the Institute of Actuaries (London, UK).
