REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the forty-sixth (46th) annual general meeting of the shareholders of Zurich
held today, 20 April 2011, all the ordinary and special resolutions proposed at
the meeting were approved by the requisite majority of votes.
It was however, noted and agreed that Mr JPM Deiss, a non-executive Director and
a member of the audit committee would not be re-elected as a member of the audit
committee in order to ensure compliance with King III and the new Companies Act.
Mr JPM Deiss will remain an invitee to the audit committee.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with the Companies and
Intellectual Properties Registration Office in due course.
