RESULTS OF THE ARBITRATION HEARING BETWEEN THE COMPANY THE SACCAWU
Shareholders are advised that on 19 April 2011 the Company received the results
of its arbitration hearing on its right to terminate a labour flexibility and
mobility agreement with the SACCAWU union.
The Arbitrator resolved that the Company did have the right to terminate the
agreement and that the notice period of such termination was not unreasonable.
The Company is in the process of analysing the judgement.
