TRADING STATEMENT
In accordance with paragraph 3.4(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, a company is required to publish a trading statement as soon as it
becomes aware, with a reasonable degree of certainty, that the financial
results for the next period to be reported on are likely to vary by at least
20% from the previous corresponding period.
Shareholders are advised that the company is in the process of finalising its
results for the year ended 28 February 2011, and expects to reflect a basic
loss and headline loss per share of between 0.19 cents and 0.28 cents per
share when compared to a basic loss and headline loss per share of 16.6 cents
and 13.7 cents respectively for the year ended 28 February 2010.
The financial information on which this trading update is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors.
The company`s results for the year ended 28 February 2011 are expected to be
released on SENS on or about 20 May 2011.
