RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the general meeting convened and held earlier
today, 21 April 2011 to adopt the revised Jasco Employee Share Incentive Scheme
deed and approve the addendum to the Spescom Limited Share Scheme deed, as
detailed in the circular sent on Wednesday, 6 April 2011, all of the ordinary
resolutions tabled at the general meeting were passed.
