AECI Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Nomini Rapoo (47) as
Company Secretary.
In addition to BCom (Law) and LLB degrees, Ms Rapoo has qualifications and
extensive experience across of broad spectrum of disciplines including risk and
compliance management, internal audit, legal services and company secretariat
functions. She is an Admitted Attorney of the High Court.
Ms Rapoo`s appointment is effective from 1 June 2011.
