Nature: Single stock futures contract close out, being the
final close out of Dark Capital (Pty) Ltd`s single
stock futures position
Total consideration: R18 512 725.00
Extent of Directors`
interest: INDIRECT - non beneficial
Clearance has been received in terms of rule 3.66 of the JSE`s Listings
Requirements in respect of the above transaction.
Dark Capital (Proprietary) Limited ("Dark Capital") is the key member of
Petmin`s Anchor BEE Consortium. Alwyn Martin (a Petmin non-executive
director) is a director of Dark Capital and has an indirect interest in Dark
Capital. In terms of this transaction, Dark Capital has reduced its Single
Stock Futures exposure by 62 755 contracts, representing 6 275 500 Petmin
shares. Dark Capital`s direct interest in Petmin`s Shares has not been altered
by this transaction.
