REGISTRATION OF SPECIAL RESOLUTIONS AND REVISED DECLARATION DATA RELATING TO THE
CONSOLIDATION AND NAME CHANGE
Further to the joint announcement released by White Water Resources and Gold One
on 25 February 2011 and the announcement released by White Water Resources on 22
March 2011 and using the terms defined in those announcements unless otherwise
stated, Gold One and White Water Resources shareholders (collectively the
"Shareholders") are advised that the special resolutions approved by the White
Water Resources shareholders have been registered by the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office and that the declaration data relating
to the Consolidation and Name Change have been revised as follows.
Revised Salient dates and times of the Consolidation and Name Change
Set out below are the revised salient dates and times in relation to the
Consolidation and Name Change which have been revised as a result of the market
notice issued by the JSE Limited on 18 March 2011 regarding the South African
public holiday on 18 May 2011.

The salient dates and times relating to the Acquisition remain unchanged at this
time pending the fulfilment or waiver, as the case may be, of the remaining
conditions to the acquisition.
Notes:
No order to dematerialise or rematerialise existing White Water Resources
securities will be processed from the business day following the last date to
trade. Orders in the new name of White Water Resources will again be processed
from the first business day after the Consolidation and Name Change record date.
The White Water Resources certificated register will be closed between the last
day to trade and the Consolidation and Name Change record date.
