RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of shareholders of
KayDav held on Thursday, 28 April 2011 (in terms of the notice of annual general
meeting contained in the KayDav annual report issued on 31 March 2011) all of
the resolutions tabled thereat were approved by the requisite majority of
shareholders.
