UPDATE ON THE PROPOSED TRANSACTION
Further to the detailed joint cautionary announcement released on the
Securities Exchange News Service ("SENS") on 6 December 2010 and the further
announcements during February, March and April 2011, Simmers shareholders and
Village shareholders are advised that the parties have agreed in writing to
extend the deadline date in relation to the fulfilment of certain conditions
to the transaction from 01 May 2011 to 30 June 2011. Simmers and Village
expect the last conditions to be fulfilled soon and do not expect any change
to the announced transaction timetable as contained in the transaction
circular posted to shareholders on or about 02 March 2011.
