REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the third (3rd) annual general meeting of
Freeworld Coatings held today, 28 April 2011, the following transpired:
- with reference to ordinary resolution number two relating to the re-election
of directors, Mr MM Ngoasheng did not make himself available for re-election
and;
- ordinary resolution number four relating to the election of the audit
committee members was withdrawn.
All the other ordinary and special resolutions proposed at the meeting were
approved by the requisite majority of votes.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
