RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on 10 March
2011 wherein shareholders were advised that the board of directors of Curro
Holdings (Proprietary) Limited ("Curro"), a subsidiary of Paladin, had decided
to proceed with the listing of Curro and that, in addition, Paladin is
considering other corporate actions, which if successfully concluded, may have a
material effect on the price of the Company`s securities.
Shareholders are accordingly advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in the Company`s securities until a further announcement is made.
