FAST TRACK COMPETITION SUBMISSION
Shareholders are advised that Raubex has become aware of certain irregularities
in terms of the provisions of the Competition Act, No 89 of 1998 where such
transgressions are not covered by leniency under the Corporate Leniency
Provision ("CLP") of the Act and the Company has filed a Fast Track application
to the Competition Commission ("Commission") by the deadline date of
15 April 2011.
The Company remains committed to fully co-operate with the Commission and to
ensure that its employees, management and directors do not engage in any conduct
which constitutes a prohibited practice.
Raubex is currently in a closed period and will announce its results for the
financial year ended 28 February on or about 16 May 2011.
