APPOINTMENT OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
The board of directors of Insimbi are pleased to announce the appointment of
Jose Vieira-Pereira (42) as executive financial director, effective 3 May 2011.
Jose, a CA(SA), has more than 16 years financial experience. He completed his
Bachelors and Honours in Accounting Sciences at Unisa.
After completing his articles, Jose was self employed as a contract accountant.
In 2002, he joined WesBank and was appointed as financial director of
FirstAuto(Pty)Ltd, a subsidiary of FirstRand. While at WesBank he was appointed
as director of various First Rand companies and was also appointed as the Chief
Financial Officer of WesBank Fleet Division.
In 2009, Jose joined Eqstra Industrial Equipment, a division of Eqstra Holdings
Ltd and was ultimately appointed as Chief Financial Officer.
Fred Botha has been acting financial director since 27th December 2010 and will
now continue in his role as commercial director.
