Limited, BioScience wishes to make the following announcements:
* The resignation of Mr Peter Ireland as financial director on the BioScience
board, effective 30-04-2011. Mr Ireland, served as financial director since
09-06-2008.
* The appointment of Mr Stephen Schutz (CA.SA.)as provisional financial
director on the BioScience board, effective 30-04-2011.
* The appointment of the independent, non-executive director Mr Jonathan
Fenster as Chairman of the BioScience board, effective 30-04-2011. Mr
Fenster has served on the BioScience board since 10-09-2009.
