REVISED ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING NOTICE
Shareholders are referred to the notice of annual general meeting ("AGM")
announcement published on SENS on 15 March 2011 ("the Announcement"). The
Announcement set out details of Afrox`s AGM, to be held on Thursday 19 May at
10h00, at which the business as stated in the notice of AGM forming part of the
annual financial statements ("the Notice") will be conducted.
Shareholders are advised that the Notice has subsequently been revised to take
into account the provisions of the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008 ("the Revised
Notice"), which Revised Notice and proxy form was posted to shareholders on 28
April 2011.
