RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of shareholders
held at the registered offices of the Company today, all the ordinary
resolutions and special resolution as set out in the notice of annual general
meeting and tabled for voting, were passed by the requisite majority of
shareholders present or represented by proxy, without modification.
The special resolution to repurchase the Companies securities in terms of a
general authority is in the process of being submitted to the Companies and
Intellectual Property Commission for registration.
