FINALISATION DATA RELATING TO THE CONSOLIDATION AND NAME CHANGE
Further to the joint announcements released by White Water Resources and Gold
One on 25 February 2011 and 26 April 2011, the announcement released by White
Water Resources on 22 March 2011 and using the terms defined in those
announcements unless otherwise stated, White Water Resources and Gold One
shareholders (collectively the "Shareholders") are advised of the finalisation
data relating to the Consolidation and Name Change.
Shareholders are advised that all the conditions precedent relating to the
Consolidation and Name Change have been fulfilled and is therefore now
unconditional and irrevocable in all respects.
Set out below are the finalised dates and times in relation to the Consolidation
and Name Change:

Finalisation data in respect of the Thursday, 5 May
Consolidation and Name Change released on SENS
Finalisation data in respect of the Friday, 6 May
Consolidation and Name Change published in the
press
Last day to trade in the name of White Water Thursday, 12 May
Resources (pre-Consolidation)
No share certificates in the name of White Thursday, 12 May

Notes:
1. No order to dematerialise or rematerialise existing White Water Resources
securities will be processed from the business day following the last date
to trade. Orders in the new name of White Water Resources will again be
processed from the first business day after the Consolidation and Name
Change record date.
2. The White Water Resources certificated register will be closed between the
last day to trade and the Consolidation and Name Change record date.
