NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
With regard to the audited results for the year ended 31 December 2010,
shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements have been posted
on AECI`s website (www.aeci.co.za) today, 5 May 2010, and printed copies will be
mailed to shareholders today. The annual financial statements contain no
modifications to the reviewed condensed consolidated financial results which
were published on SENS on 21 February 2011.
Notice of annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 87th Annual General Meeting of AECI shareholders
will be held at 09:00 on Monday, 30 May 2011, on the Ground Floor, AECI Place,
24 The Woodlands, Woodlands Drive, Woodmead, Sandton to transact the business as
stated in the Notice of Annual General Meeting forming part of the annual
financial statements.
