UPDATE TO CHANGES TO THE BOARD PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Securities
Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited on 23 March 2011 whereby shareholders
were informed of the resignation, effective 1 July 2011, of Jasco`s Chief
Executive Officer, Mr. MH Lotz. In the same announcement shareholders were
advised of the appointment of Mr. AMF Da Silva in an executive capacity to take
over the role from Mr. Lotz as Chief Executive Officer, also with effect from 1
July 2011.
It is hereby announced that Mr AMF Da Silva will assume the role of Chief
Executive Officer with effect from 5 May 2011.
Mr MH Lotz will remain with the company until 30 June 2011 to allow a complete
transition process.
