CADIZ HOLDINGS - TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, and further to the
trading statement released on SENS on 14 March 2011, shareholders are advised
that the group`s basic and diluted headline earnings per share for the year
ended 31 March 2011 ("the period") are anticipated to decline by between 45%
and 49% compared to the year ended 31 March 2010.
Basic and diluted earnings per share for the period are anticipated to
decrease by between 40% and 44% compared to the year ended 31 March 2010.
The group`s results for the year ended 31 March 2011 will be announced on SENS
on Monday 30 May 2011.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not
been reviewed or reported on by the group`s independent auditors.
