CHANGE IN DATE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ("AGM") AND REVISED AGM NOTICE
Shareholders are referred to the notice of AGM announcement published on SENS
on 5 May 2011 ("the Announcement").
The Announcement set out details of AECI`s AGM, scheduled for Monday, 30 May
2011 at 09h00, at which the business as stated in the notice of AGM forming
part of the annual financial statements ("the Notice") would be conducted.
Shareholders are advised that the date of the AGM has subsequently been
amended to Tuesday, 31 May 2011 at 09h00, with the Notice having been revised
to take into account the provisions of the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008 ("the
Revised Notice"). The Revised Notice and proxy form has been posted to
shareholders today, 9 May 2011.
