CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Further to the announcement on SENS dated 11 February 2011, Sanyati
shareholders are advised that the resignation of Mr John Deeb, Financial
Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, is effective on 30 April
2011.
We are pleased to advise that Ms Aleta Jovner, a qualified chartered
accountant with a number of years experience in senior financial executive
roles within Murray and Roberts, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer
and Financial Director of Sanyati effective 1 June 2011.
Mr Malcolm Lobban, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, will assume the
role of acting Financial Director during the interim period.
