POSTPONEMENT OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the notice of general meeting issued on Monday, 11
April 2011 regarding a request for the convening of a general meeting of
shareholders in terms of Section 181(1) of the 1973 Companies Act (Act 61 of
1973). Shareholders were advised in the notice that the general meeting would be
held on Monday, 9 May 2011.
A resolution was adopted at the meeting to postpone the general meeting to
Monday, 23 May 2011 at 12h00 and will be held at the Lord Charles Hotel, Corner
Faure & Stellenbosch Roads, Somerset West, Western Cape.
