APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Shareholders are referred to various circulars and SENS announcements
regarding the acquisition of five identified subsidiary companies from UCS
Group Limited ("the UCS transaction"). In terms of the UCS transaction JD
Bright or an alternative person as may be approved by BCX will be appointed
as a non-executive director on the board from the effective date.
The board is pleased to announce the appointment of Dean Sparrow as a non-
executive director to the boards of Business Connexion Group Limited and
Business Connexion (Proprietary) Limited, with effect from 11 May 2011.
Dean is currently the Deputy Chief Executive officer of UCS Group Limited
("UCS") and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He joined UCS in April 2002
as Group Financial Manager and was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in
August 2002. In April 2009 he was appointed as Deputy Chief Executive Officer
of UCS.
