DECLARED CASH DISTRIBUTION BY WAY OF CAPITAL REDUCTION ANNOUNCEMENT ON DATATEC
LIMITED ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("DTCIDI")
With reference to the cash distribution by way of capital reduction
("Distribution"), the Directors of Datatec Limited have declared a
Distribution of 88 cents per ordinary share payable on Monday, 11 July 2011 to
ordinary shareholders recorded in the books of the company at the close of
business on Friday, 8 July 2011.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, DTCIDI,
will receive a Datatec Limited Distribution of 88 cents per security on
Monday, 11 July 2011 in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the
Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to
trade in order to participate in the Distribution will be Friday, 01 July
2011.
DTCIDI Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the
Distribution from the commencement of business on Monday, 4 July 2011, and the
record date will be Friday, 08 July 2011.
