Shareholders are advised that the audited annual financial statements for
the 18 months ended 31 December 2010 as contained in the annual report were
distributed to shareholders by registered post on 11 May 2011 and contain no
modifications to the reviewed provisional results for the period ended 31
December 2010 which were published on SENS on 1 March 2011.
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The annual general meeting of Metorex shareholders will be held in the
Illanga Room 2, Hyatt Regency Johannesburg, 191 Oxford Road, Rosebank,
Johannesburg, South Africa on Wednesday, 15 June 2011 at 10:00, to transact
the business as stated in the annual general meeting notice forming part of
the annual report.
