CHANGE TO BOARD - FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Finbond
Group Limited wishes to advise shareholders of the resignation of Mr. Greg
Labuschagne as financial director of Finbond with effect from 13 May 2011.
Mr. Labuschagne (who`s wife is a Canadian Citizen) has taken the decision to
relocate his family to Canada. Mr. Labuschagne and his family will be
emigrating to Canada at the end of May 2011. The board of Finbond wishes to
thank Mr. Labuschagne for the valuable contributions he has made to the
Company during his tenure as financial director and wish him all the best
with his future career in Canada.
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Mr. Gary Thomas Sayers has been appointed and
will assume the role of financial director of Finbond from 13 May 2011. Mr.
Sayers is a CA(SA) with over 12 years of post-qualification financial
management experience across various industries including financial services.
