RESIGNATION OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the Board of Directors hereby announces the resignation of Mr Paul
Fouche as financial director with effect from 31 July 2011.
The Board would like to thank Paul for his contribution to the Company over the
past 6 years and wish him well in his future ventures.
The Company will advise shareholders of a new appointment once confirmed.
