CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, Dorbyl advises that Mr Brendon Wood has resigned as Financial
Director of the Company with effect from 30 June 2011. With the winding down
of the Dorbyl activities in the Eastern Cape now completed, Mr Brendon Wood
who resides in Port Elizabeth, has decided to take up a financial position
elsewhere in the Eastern Cape.
A further announcement informing shareholders of the appointment of a new
Financial Director will be made in due course.
