RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the board of directors of Vox ("the board") hereby notifies its
shareholders that Mr. G. E. Roth ("Ernst"), a non-executive director of the
Company, has resigned effective immediately.
Management and the board would like to thank Ernst for his dedicated
contribution to the Company and wish him well in his future endeavours.
