RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are hereby advised that, at the annual general meeting of
shareholders of Dialogue held today, 11 May 2011, at the JSE, One Exchange
Square, Gwen Lane, Sandown, Johannesburg, all the proposed ordinary resolutions,
as contained in the notice of annual general meeting which was posted to
shareholders together with the Company`s annual report, were passed by the
requisite majority of shareholders present and voting, in person or by proxy.
