FINAL LIQUIDATION OF BEGET AND A SUBSIDIARY
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 14 March 2011 wherein it
was advised that the court date for the final liquidation of Beget Holdings
Limited and Beget Solutions (Pty) Limited was set for 19 April 2011.
The above order was extended to Tuesday, 10 May 2011. The final liquidation
order was enrolled in court Tuesday, 10 May 2011, upon which the final
winding-up order was granted.
Shareholders will be advised of the termination date of the listing of
Beget`s securities on the JSE Limited.
