RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the board of directors announces the resignation of Mr Kian Keong
Yong with effect from 05 April 2011. The resignation of Mr Yong was only
received by the company secretary on 11 May 2011.
The board further advises that Mr Mark Shaw has resigned from the board as
financial director due to the company restructuring its operations and
requiring a full time financial director. This resignation will take place
with immediate effect.
The board takes this opportunity to thank both Mr Yong and Mr Shaw for their
contributions to the Company.
