TRADING HALT OF GOLD ONE SECURITIES
Shareholders are advised that Gold One has requested that a trading halt be
granted by ASX Limited ("ASX") in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 7.1, with
respect to the company`s securities, and pending an announcement by the
company of a change of control transaction. The trading halt on the ASX has
been requested until the release of an announcement or until the commencement
of trading on the ASX on Tuesday, 17 May 2011.
Shareholders are further advised that the ASX has granted the trading halt of
Gold One securities and the company`s securities were accordingly trade
halted on the ASX with effect of commencement of trading on the ASX earlier
today. As a result, Gold One has requested that the JSE Limited ("JSE") also
trade halt the securities of the company on the JSE until the earlier of a
further announcement being released by the company or commencement of trading
on the JSE on Tuesday, 17 May 2011.
