successfully concluded, may lead to the disposal of JCI`s stake in Boschendal
(Proprietary) Limited and may have a material effect on the price of the
Company`s securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in the Company`s securities until a further announcement is made.
Shareholders are advised that this cautionary announcement is in addition to
the previous cautionary announcement issued by JCI on 3 May 2011.
