AMENDED TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are
required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that a
reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the
period to be reported upon next will differ by at least 20% from the
previous corresponding period.
Shareholders are advised that headline earnings per share ("HEPS") and
earnings per share ("EPS") for the year ended 28 February 2011 are expected
to decrease by between 35% and 55% from HEPS and EPS for the year ended 28
February 2010.
The information on which this trading statement has been based has not yet
been reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors.
The group`s annual financial results for the year ended 28 February 2011 are
expected to be released on or about 30 May 2011.
