The Company announces that an award over 3,808 ordinary shares in the capital
of the Company ("Shares"), granted to Mr Neville Nicolau upon his appointment
as a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility in 2008, vested on 12 May
2011. Following the sale of 1,524 shares at South African Rand R326.26 per
share, to meet the tax liability, Mr Nicolau`s beneficial interest has
increased by 2,284 Shares.
The notification of these transactions is to satisfy the Company`s
obligations under the Financial Services Authority Disclosure and
Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
