LIFTING OF TRADING HALT OF GOLD ONE SECURITIES
Shareholders are advised that the trading halt with respect to the company`s
securities which was implemented on the ASX Limited ("ASX") with effect of
commencement of trading on Friday, 13 May 2011, was lifted on the ASX earlier
today, Monday, 16 May 2011, post the release of an announcement by Gold One
relating to a change of control transaction to the ASX Companies Announcement
Platform.
The announcement by Gold One relating to a change of control transaction was
also released on the Securities Exchange News Service at 07:17 (South African
time) earlier today.
Accordingly, the trading halt that had been implemented on the JSE Limited
("JSE") on Friday, 13 May 2011, will similarly be lifted at commencement of
trading on the JSE today, Monday, 16 May 2011.
