Board changes after the 2011 Annual General Meeting
Following the Company`s Annual General Meeting on 12 May 2011, the changes to
the Board described below have now taken effect, in line with arrangements
described in the shareholder circular convening that Meeting:
* Rudi Bogni and Nigel Andrews, who had both served on the Board as non-
executive directors for nine years, have retired from the Board;
* Alan Gillespie has succeeded Rudi Bogni as the Company`s Senior
Independent Director; and
* Russell Edey has succeeded Rudi Bogni as Chairman of the Remuneration
Committee.
Patrick O`Sullivan, Chairman of the Board, said:
"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Nigel and Rudi for their
contribution to the Company and their long and dedicated commitment to the
Group."
