DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SPP SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for SPAR GROUP LIMITED and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to SPAR GROUP LIMITED
(SPP). The Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend
amount of 142 cents per SPPNIG share instalment that is payable on Monday, 13
June 2011.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 3 June 2011.The Share Instalment
will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 6 June 2011. The record date will
be Friday, 10 June 2011.
