With effect from 10 May 2011, the Company`s issued share capital consists of
683,928,502 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each with voting rights. The Company
does not hold any treasury shares. Therefore, the total number of voting rights
in the Company is 683,928,502.
The above figure (683,928,502) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
