CHANGE IN ROLE AND NEW APPOINTMENT OF A DIRECTOR
Shareholders are advised that Brandon Topham`s role will change from interim
financial director to non-executive director with immediate effect.
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the board of directors of Telemasters hereby advise shareholders that
Ms Erika Rossouw will be appointed as financial director with immediate effect.
Please see below a short curriculum vitae on Ms Rossouw.
Erika Rossouw is both a qualified Chartered Accountant (South Africa) and a
qualified Chartered Management Accountant (United Kingdom). She has several
years` experience in a wide range of industries, obtained locally and
internationally.
Most recently she was a Financial Executive for Pinnacle Point Group Ltd, after
the reverse take-over transaction with Acc-Ross Holdings Ltd where she was the
Head of Finance and Operations. Prior to that Erika was the Financial Controller
for Marsh South Africa, a subsidiary of MMC Inc. listed on the NYSE, where she
was responsible for the finance function of Marsh in various African countries.
Her experience also includes three years in Papua New Guinea as a Corporate
Finance and Recovery manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers.
