RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of shareholders and
debenture holders ("members") of Resilient held on Tuesday, 17 May 2011 all of
the resolutions as proposed at the meeting were passed by the requisite majority
of Resilient members.
Mr Mashamba Mkhuva Sydney Malabie who was eligible for re-election in terms of
article 15.1 of the company`s articles of association, did not offer himself for
re-election. Sydney has therefore retired from the board of Resilient with
effect from today.
