RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING DISPOSALS
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 11 February
2011, where it was announced that Brikor had entered into heads of agreements
for the sale of the operations in Donkerhoek and the operations of Stanger Brick
and Tile.
The parties to the sale of the Stanger Brick and Tile operations have entered
into a Sale Agreement on 11 March 2011, subject to certain suspensive
conditions. The purchaser is currently finalising the transaction structure in
order to meet the suspensive conditions in the Sale Agreement.
With regard to the sale of the operations in Donkerhoek, the parties have not
yet entered into a Sale Agreement as certain regulatory approvals are being
awaited.
Shareholders will be kept informed on the progress of the above transactions and
are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in their Brikor shares
until such time as the transactions have been finalised and detailed
announcements, containing the full financial effects, can be made.
