RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are notified that at the annual general meeting ("AGM") of
shareholders held earlier today, all the ordinary resolutions and the special
resolution proposed thereat were duly passed by the requisite majority votes.
The special resolution granting a general authority to the directors to
repurchase the Company`s shares was adopted and will be lodged for registration
with CIPC in due course.
